Glazing results....

I unloaded my little kiln after my glaze firing the other day and I wanted to show you all the results. I posted photos in my previous blog of platters and tea cups that I had under glazed ... So here are the finished pieces....

Above and below a tea cup and tea pot order....

Below is a four piece tea cup set in the garden setting theme for an order...

Above the black and natural stoneware coloured platter, and below the Mondrian inspired platter....

Above a white and lavender stencil design jug, below stoneware, black and red highlight jug....

Overall I'm pretty pleased with this weeks pretties. But we don't stop there more to be made and decorated.... Got to love creating and making... I certainly do!
So now it's time for a little peek into everyone else's studios and what the have been up to at Mud Colony .. Come join us... And thanks for stopping by... :)

  2. Those are gorgeous colors, as only underglaze can do, and you have a great decorator's eye.
